General Service EXTRA £75 plus parts

This service is the same as our general service, but we also take all your drivetrain components off (chain, cassette, chainrings, derailleurs) and deep clean them. The frame is also cleaned and polished.

Inflate tyres

Check wheel bearings

Check Headset

Check bottom bracket

Ensure wheels are central in dropouts

Check frame and forks for cracks

Check wheels are true

Check all components for wear

Clean drivetrain and lubricate

Adjust gears

Adjust brakes

Nut and bolt check

Test ride

 

There are additional labour costs, for example if hubs need servicing or if wheels need truing. This is priced based on the bike, hubs are usually £5-£15 to service. To true wheels it can be at no extra cost but usually costs £5-£15. These extras aren't always needed and customers are always notified before any work takes place.
